Public Offering Statement. In the event a Public Offering Statement is required by law for the transfer of this Property, it is hereby agreed that the time for the Buyer to review these documents begins at the date and time that the Buyer acknowledges in writing the receipt of this document.
Public Offering Statement. The BUYER has received a copy of the Public Offering Statement with this Agreement and shall have 15 days from the date of this Agreement to review and approve the same, as provided for therein. (e)

Xxxxx acknowledges that prior to the execution of this Agreement, Xxxxx received from Seller the Public Offering Statement for XXXXXX EDGE FARM CONDOMINIUMS, including all schedules and exhibits attached thereto (said statement together with said exhibits are hereinafter referred to as the "Public Offering Statement") required under the provisions of the Act, and that Xxxxx has had the opportunity to review the same.

Further, Owner shall include in any purchase or sale agreement with individual unit owners that such owners shall be bound to the provisions of [insert state statute reference here] inclusive, which shall apply equally to their purchase agreement and that as applied to the Architect, the words “Builder”, “Construction Professional” or “Contractor” in such statutes shall be deemed to equally apply to “Architect”.
Public Offering Statement. The Buyer acknowledges that prior to signing this Agreement, the Seller provided the Buyer with a copy of the Public Offering Statement for the Condominium as currently registered with the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
