Public Records and Public Meetings. Records of the School shall be considered public records pursuant to Maine’s Freedom of Access Act, 1 M.R.S. 401 et. seq., (the “Act”) and shall be made available for public inspection and copying pursuant to the Act. Meetings of the School’s Board shall constitute public meetings and must comply with all applicable provisions of the Act.
