PUBLIC REDISTRIBUTION. Except as permitted in section 3 [Permitted Uses], Licensee, Members, and Authorized Users may not re-distribute, reproduce or transmit to anyone other than Authorized Users the whole or any part of the Licensed Materials by any means including electronic (e.g. via email), nor post it on publicly-accessible web sites or networks.

Except as permitted in Section 3 [Permitted Uses], Consortium, Members, and Authorized Users may not re- distribute, reproduce or transmit to anyone the whole or any part of the Licensed Materials by any means including electronic (e.g. via email), nor post it on publicly-accessible web sites or networks. Except as permitted in Section 3 [Permitted Uses], Consortium, Members, and Authorized Users may not substantially reproduce, retain, store locally, redistribute or disseminate online the Licensed Materials. Except as permitted in Section 3 [Permitted Uses], Consortium, Members, and Authorized Users may not mount or distribute any part of the Licensed Materials on any electronic network, including without limitation the Internet and the World Wide Web without the prior written consent of the Publisher or except pursuant to Section 10.5.3 [Continued Access to Licensed Materials] of this Agreement or any separate agreement as the Publisher and a Member may enter into.
