Association Visitation. The Association President and/or other Association representatives shall be allowed to visit the schools provided that they make their presence known to the building principal or his/her designee upon entering a school building. Such visits shall not be permitted to disrupt school routine. (1982)
Association Visitation. 1.2.1 For the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this contract is being followed and/or to attend meetings with the Administration or membership, non-employee representatives of the Association shall follow the Board procedures for persons visiting the school facility. Such visits shall not interfere with the work of any employee of the Board. Non-employee representatives of the Association may enter the premises of any operation of the Board between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless such visit is to the bus garage or to second or third shift employees whose hours vary from the standard work day.
1.2.2 With approval of the Superintendent, the Board shall allow reasonable time for the Union’s Local President and Grievance Chairperson to conduct Union business during regular working hours of the Board without loss of regular pay.

The County agrees to grant two (2) official representatives of the Association the right to contact employees at the employees’ worksite provided the Department Head or designee is notified in advance. Such contacts shall be made on breaks or lunch periods and shall not disrupt the operation of the Department.
Association Visitation. 12 Officers or representatives of the NJEA shall, upon notice to the President of the College or 13 his/her designee, be admitted to the College during working hours for the purpose of 14 ascertaining whether or not this Agreement is being observed by the parties or for assisting 15 in the adjustment of grievances.

Members of the Association or Association Representatives shall have the right to circulate and collect materials, seek signatures on documents related to Association business and handle any other Association business in District buildings at any time as long as it does not interfere with normal school operations.

The President or his/her designee shall make his/her presence known to the principal upon entering the building. It is understood that such visits will not interfere with or be made during either the President's, the visited teacher's, or teacher's scheduled class, supervisory duties, or planning time.

Association Visitation. The County agrees to grant not more than two (2) official representatives of the Association the right to contact employees during their duty period, except that it is intended, that normally, such contacts will be made on breaks or lunch periods. The department head shall be notified in advance of such Association activities whenever a meeting of three (3) or more employees is scheduled.
