Association Visitation. The Association President and/or other Association representatives shall be allowed to visit the schools provided that they make their presence known to the building principal or his/her designee upon entering a school building. Association Visitation. 1.2.1 For the purpose of ascertaining whether or not this contract is being followed and/or to attend meetings with the Administration or membership, non-employee representatives of the Association shall follow the Board procedures for persons visiting the school facility. Such visits shall not interfere with the work of any employee of the Board. Non-employee representatives of the Association may enter the premises of any operation of the Board between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, unless such visit is to the bus garage or to second or third shift employees whose hours vary from the standard work day.

The County agrees to grant two (2) official representatives of the Association the right to contact employees at the employees’ worksite provided the Department Head or designee is notified in advance. Such contacts shall be made on breaks or lunch periods and shall not disrupt the operation of the Department.

Members of the Association or Association Representatives shall have the right to circulate and collect materials, seek signatures on documents related to Association business and handle any other Association business in District buildings at any time as long as it does not interfere with normal school operations.
Association Visitation. The President of the Association or his/her designee shall be allowed to visit schools in the District for the purpose of meeting with employees covered by this Agreement. The President or his/her designee shall make his/her presence known to the principal upon entering the building. It is understood that such visits will not interfere with or be made during either the President's, the visited teacher's, or teacher's scheduled class, supervisory duties, or planning time.
Association Visitation. The President of the Association or a member of the Executive Committee, and/or Labor Relations Consultant for the Association will have the right to visit individual staff members on the individual staff member’s conference period and lunch period. The President of the Association or a member of the Executive Committee shall not leave their assigned duties to visit a staff member on Association business. Upon arrival at the building, the Labor Relations Consultant will first check with the Director of Career and Technical Education or his/her designee prior to making any visitations. Association visitation shall not take place on assigned duty time.
Association Visitation. Authorized District representatives of the Association shall be permitted to visit employees in their buildings when such visits will not interfere with the teachers' duty assignment or normal school operations.
