Public Safety Training Exercises and Use of Facilities During Emergencies. 1. At least twice each year, on a Saturday or Sunday as mutually agreed upon by the parties, the City shall have exclusive use of the parking facilities, driveways and other similar large open asphalt areas as well as other District facilities as requested by the City for public safety training exercises; provided, however, that such use shall be scheduled so that it does not interfere with District activities.
