Public Trading. None of the Partnership’s securities are presently publicly traded, and the Partnership has made no representations, covenants or agreements as to whether there will be a public market for any of its securities.

In connection with the registration of any offering of Registrable Securities under this Agreement, the Company agrees to use its reasonable best efforts to (a) effect the quotation or listing of such Registrable Securities through or on the Nasdaq National Market, any other market of The Nasdaq Stock Market or any securities exchange through or on which shares of the Common Stock are then quoted or listed or (b) otherwise facilitate the public trading of such Registrable Securities.
Public Trading. The parties acknowledge that SNNW, and the --------------- Surviving Entity will have their common shares admitted for trading on the Pink Sheets , under the trading symbol "SNNW" prior to the Effective Date, and that the Surviving Entity will apply for a new trading symbol with the NASD either before or after the Effective Date and undertake such other steps as are necessary to maintain and preserve the status of its common shares as shares listed on the Pink Sheets trading system.
