Publication and Distribution of Agreement. The District shall provide information to access the digital link of the Collective Bargaining Agreement at the New Employee Orientation to all new hires. As soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) calendar days after Board approval, the District shall make available the most current digital copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement on the District website. The District shall, as soon as possible, but no later than thirty (30) calendar days after Board approval, pay for and distribute via District mail a hard copy of the Collective Bargaining Agreement (consistent with section B hereof) to be placed on CSEA bulletin boards.
