Registered Nurse A Registered Nurse is a nurse who holds current registration as a registered nurse with the Board. A.4.1 Registered Nurse Level 1 (RN1) An employee appointed at this level performs their duties: According to their level of competence; and under the general guidance of, or with general access to a more competent Registered Nurse (RN) who provides work related support and direction.
