Publication of a contract notice. 1. After the tender documents have been prepared in accordance with Article 16 and approved by the SPPSC, the Commission shall publish a contract notice in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. The Commission will make the tender documents referred to in paragraph 1 available to economic operators on request.
