Publication of Combined Results. HEALTHSOUTH agrees that within 20 days after the end of the first calendar month following at least 30 days after the Closing Date, HEALTHSOUTH shall cause publication of the combined results of operations of HEALTHSOUTH and Advantage Health. For purposes of this Section 7.17, the term "publication" shall have the meaning provided in SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135.
Publication of Combined Results. As soon as practical after the date that thirty days of combined financial results of the Company and BancorpSouth are available, BancorpSouth shall publish such results by press release or the making of an appropriate filing under the Exchange Act.

Publication of Combined Results. PhyCor agrees that PhyCor shall cause publication of the combined results of operations of PhyCor and MedPartners in its first Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q to be A-27 28 filed after the Closing Date which contains a full calendar month of such combined results. For purposes of this Section 6.17, the term "publication" shall have the meaning provided in SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135. 6.18
Publication of Combined Results. The Surviving Corporation shall publish financial results of combined operations of South Alabama and BancTrust, as contemplated by and in accordance with the terms of Commission Accounting Series Release Nos. 130 and 135, no later than forty-five (45) days after the end of the first fiscal quarter of the Surviving Corporation containing the required period of post-Merger combined operations.
Publication of Combined Results. ITEQ agrees to publicly release a report in the form of a quarterly earnings report, registration statement filed with the Commission, a report filed with the Commission on Form 10-K, 10- Q, or 8-K or any other public filing, statement or announcement which includes the combined financial results (including combined sales and net income) of ITEQ and AIX for a period of at least 30 days of combined operations of ITEQ and AIX following the Effective Date within 30 days after the end of the first full calendar month of combined operations.
Publication of Combined Results. MedPartners agrees that MedPartners shall cause publication of the combined results of operations of MedPartners and ASG in its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q which shall contain a full calendar month of such combined results, provided however that such period shall be tolled for such period as the financial statements required for the preparation of such financial statements for such publication are not reasonably available to MedPartners. For purposes of this Section 7.13, the term "publication" shall have the meaning provided in SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135.
Publication of Combined Results. DRHI agrees that after the end of the first calendar quarter to end after the first full calendar month after the Effective Time, DRHI shall cause the prompt publication of the combined results of operations of DRHI and the Company. For purposes of this Section 6.9., the term "publication" shall have the meaning provided in SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135.
Publication of Combined Results. As soon as reasonably practicable after the date that at least 30 days of combined financial results of First United and BancorpSouth are available and in conjunction with BancorpSouth's quarterly press releases regarding, among other things, its earnings in the previous quarter, BancorpSouth shall publish such results by press release or the making of an appropriate filing under the Exchange Act.
Publication of Combined Results. MedPartners agrees to use its best efforts to publish the combined results of operations of MedPartners and Sheer, Aheaxx xx its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q or Annual Report on Form 10-K, whichever is earlier, which shall contain a full calendar month of such combined results, provided however that such period shall be tolled for such period as the financial statements required for the preparation of such financial statements for such publication are not reasonably available to MedPartners. For purposes of this Section 7.16, the term "publication" shall have the meaning provided in SEC Accounting Series Release No. 135.
