Publication of Project Data. (1) The rights to the use and publication of the Project Data for the requested purpose will remain exclusively with the User or the Project Manager until two years after the end of the project (§ 5(1)). During this period, any use by the FVCM or third parties may only take place with the consent of the User.
Publication of Project Data. CEPI encourages the timely publication of Project Data and other Project Results in scientific literature.
