Reporting Obligation definition

Reporting Obligation means any obligation from time to time of the company to provide information or reports to HMRC as a result of or in connection with the company’s status as a REIT or the principal company in a group REIT.

More Definitions of Reporting Obligation

Reporting Obligation means the obligation to report details of derivative contracts that are concluded, modified or terminated to a trade repository or ESMA in accordance with Article 9 of EMIR.
