Publication Requirements. 10. When initiating an investigation, the investigating authority shall publish a notice of initiation in an official journal of the Party or nation-wide newspaper, within a period of ten (10) days starting from the acceptance of the petition. The notification of the investigation initiation shall be sent through the competent authority to the other Party by certified mail, courier, fax or any other means that will ensure the reception of it.
