Pupil Management Coursework. Newly-hired Bus Drivers who complete the required forty-two (42) hours of coursework in pupil management by attending District-sponsored classes at Adult Schools or other approved locations shall be compensated at the rate of five (5) dollars for each hour of actual attendance. Such training shall be in addition to any training required by law for the position of Bus Driver. Employees who have met the coursework requirements prior to District hiring shall not be eligible for such compensation.
