(2) The buyer agrees to keep the puppy away from dog parks, grassy areas, pet stores, etc. until the puppy is at least 16 weeks of age and has received final vaccination. (3) The buyer agrees to keep the puppy away from lakes, rivers, oceans and other water with the puppy where the puppy can be in danger of drowning unless proper safety protocol is followed. (4) The buyer agrees to provide adequate fresh water, quality food and rest to the puppy. (5) The buyer assumes responsibility for protecting the puppy from loss, theft, danger, neglect and abuse.

Puppy care. If the Dog is a puppy between the age of 8-12 weeks, prior to pickup by the BUYER, the SELLER must have dewormed the Dog as recommended by a licensed veterinarian, given the Dog its first round of core vaccinations, and micro-chipped the Dog. The SELLER must have raised, socialized, and trained the Dog in accordance with Puppy Culture protocol.

Also shall provide proper housing for a high maintenance breed and we recommend health insurance to be kept just to care of emergencies. If for any reason the buyer is no longer able to keep the dog, the seller must be notified so another suitable home can be found or the dog must be returned to the seller. I keep track of where all my dogs go to and it is very important to me that they are in a home where they will be a forever family member. Buyer agrees to send regular updates to the seller and keep in touch so progress can be seen via email, mail or Facebook.

  • Child Care A. Employees employed as of March 1 who meet the following criteria shall be eligible for a lump sum payment each year.
