Purchase Agreement Controls. Nothing in this Agreement shall supersede, enlarge or modify any provision of the Purchase Agreement and to the extent of any conflict between this Agreement and the Purchase Agreement, the Purchase Agreement shall govern.
Purchase Agreement Controls. Nothing in this Xxxx of Sale shall be deemed to supersede, enlarge or modify any of the provisions of the Purchase Agreement, all of which survive the execution and delivery of this Xxxx of Sale as provided and subject to the limitations set forth in the Purchase Agreement. If any conflict exists between the terms of this Xxxx of Sale and the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall govern and control.
Purchase Agreement Controls. In the event that any term or condition contained herein conflicts with any term or condition contained in the Purchase Agreement, the terms and conditions contained in the Purchase Agreement shall prevail.
Purchase Agreement Controls. This Assignment is provided pursuant to the Purchase Agreement, to which reference is made for a further statement of the rights and obligations of Assignor and Assignee with respect to the Assigned Patents. Nothing contained in this Assignment shall be deemed to modify, supersede, enlarge, or affect the rights of any person under the Purchase Agreement. If any provision of this Assignment is inconsistent or conflicts with the Purchase Agreement, the Purchase Agreement shall control.
Purchase Agreement Controls. Nothing in this Xxxx of Sale, express or implied, is intended or shall be construed to modify, expand or limit in any way the terms of the Purchase Agreement. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Purchase Agreement and the terms hereof, the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall govern.
Purchase Agreement Controls. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement to the contrary, nothing contained herein shall in any way supersede, modify, replace, amend, change, rescind, waive, exceed, expand, enlarge or in any way affect the provisions, including warranties, covenants, agreements, conditions, representations or, in general any of the rights and remedies, or any of the obligations of Buyer or Seller Parties set forth in the Purchase Agreement. This Agreement is subject to and governed entirely in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement. Nothing contained herein is intended to modify or supersede any of the provisions of the Purchase Agreement. CERTAIN CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS DOCUMENT, MARKED BY [***], HAS BEEN OMITTED BECAUSE DERMAVANT SCIENCES LTD. HAS DETERMINED THE INFORMATION (I) IS NOT MATERIAL AND (II) WOULD LIKELY CAUSE COMPETITIVE HARM TO DERMAVANT SCIENCES LTD. IF PUBLICLY DISCLOSED.
Purchase Agreement Controls. If any provision of this Joinder is in conflict with or inconsistent with any provision of the Purchase Agreement, the provisions of the Purchase Agreement shall control.

Nothing in this Instrument shall be deemed to supersede, enlarge or modify any of the provisions of the Purchase Agreement, all of which shall survive the execution and delivery of this Instrument as provided in, and subject to the limitations set forth in, the Purchase Agreement. If any conflict exists between the terms of this Instrument and the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall govern and control.
Purchase Agreement Controls. Each of the Parties hereby acknowledges and agrees that the representations, warranties, covenants, agreements and indemnities contained in the Purchase Agreement shall not be superseded hereby but shall remain in full force and effect to the full extent provided therein. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between the terms of the Purchase Agreement and the terms hereof, the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall govern.
Purchase Agreement Controls. To the extent that any of the terms of this Agreement, including Schedule A hereto, conflict with the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the terms of the Purchase Agreement shall prevail. Nothing herein shall be construed as an amendment or waiver of the rights and obligations of the Parties under the Purchase Agreement.
