Purchaser Background IP. 33.2.1 The “Company” is licensed to use, non-exclusively and royalty-free, any Purchaser Background IP that is or will be made available for the sole purpose of carrying out the Work and until completion of the Work.
Purchaser Background IP. 26.2.1 NFP Organisation is licensed to use, non-exclusively and royalty-free, any Purchaser Background IP that is or will be made available for the sole purpose of carrying out the Work and until completion of the Work.
