Purchaser Income Eligibility. The income levels for purchasers of each For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Unit in each Residential Project shall be determined solely according to the requirements of Exhibit K to the Housing Program. Exhibit K, indicating the types of For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Units in each applicable Residential Project, shall be recorded against each Residential Project containing For-Sale Owner Affordable Housing Units in accordance with the Housing Program.
