Common use of Purchaser’s Review and Approvals Clause in Contracts

Purchaser’s Review and Approvals. Purchaser’s review or approval of, or right to review, release and/or approve, any Work provided or performed by Supplier under this Agreement (including approval of drawings and Specifications, subcontractors, safety and environmental protection guidelines, quality assurance, quality control, testing and inspection procedures) shall not in any way be deemed to limit or alter Supplier’s responsibility to schedule, coordinate, perform, inspect, test, and complete the Work in strict accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, or Supplier’s obligations under Article 7.

Purchaser’s Review and Approvals. Purchaser’s review or approval of, or right to review, release and/or approve, any Work provided or performed by Supplier Consultant under this Agreement (including approval of drawings and Specifications, subcontractors, safety and environmental protection guidelines, quality assurance, quality control, testing and inspection procedures) shall not in any way be deemed to limit or alter SupplierConsultant’s responsibility to schedule, coordinate, perform, inspect, test, and complete the Work in strict accordance with the requirements of this Agreement, or SupplierConsultant’s obligations under Article 76.
