Purchases Through Box Resellers. If Customer places an Order for the Box Service from a Box Reseller, any terms herein related to ordering, invoicing, refunds, or credits do not apply. Customer must establish such terms with Box Reseller. In addition, any terms established between Customer and Box Reseller as related to support services will apply instead of such terms herein. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing herein affects suspension rights or deactivation rights for Box or a Box Reseller provided for in this Agreement. 10.6 Box 再販業者を通じた購入 本顧客が Box 再販業者が提供する Box サービスを発注した場合、ここに記載している発注、請求、払い戻し、クレジットに関連する条件は適用されない。かかる条件は本顧客が Box 再販業者と規定する必要がある。さらに、サポートサービスに関連して、お客様と Box 再販業者✰間に確立された条件は、本契約✰条件✰代わりに適用される。疑義を避けるために記述しておくが、本利用規約上✰いかなる規定も、本利用規約中に定める Box または Box 再販業者✰停止または無効化✰権利に影響しない。
