For ease-of-purchasing, FarrWest Environmental Supply is a vendor on both the Houston-Galveston Area Council (HGAC) Cooperative Purchasing Program and BuyBoard Cooperative Purchasing Program. FarrWest’s HGAC contract number is EP11-17. FarrWest’s BuyBoard contract number is 524-17. The price below reflects the discount pricing from these programs.
Purchasing Contracts. No provision, including of any law, rule, regulation or to the knowledge of Seller Parent, any contract, arrangement, understanding or other item which binds the Business or is included in the Assets or Assumed Liabilities, prevents or will prevent the Business from changing its purchasing contracts or arrangements with wholesalers to such new contracts and arrangements as Parent or the Purchaser may specify.
Purchasing Contracts. No provision, including of any contract, arrangement, understanding, law, rule, regulation or any other item which may bind CSI or any of its Subsidiaries, prevents or will prevent CSI and its Subsidiaries from using Omni purchasing contracts and arrangements with wholesalers in the conduct of their business, including in lieu of any existing purchasing contracts or arrangements with wholesalers.

Purchasing Contracts. Except for contracts in subsections (3), (4), and (5) of this Section, all purchases greater than $50,000 obtain signatures of the County Board Chairperson. An agreement with Waupaca County is not valid and binding upon Waupaca County unless signed by the County Board Chairperson and/or Vice Chair or County Clerk.
