  • Health services means, but shall not be limited to, examination, diagnosis, evaluation, treatment, pharmaceuticals, aftercare, habilitation or rehabilitation and mental health therapy of any kind, as well as payment or reimbursement for any such services.

Telehealth facilitates patient self-management and caregiver support for patients and includes synchronous interactions and asynchronous store and forward transfers.

  • Professional corporation means a corporation incorporated under former 1962 PA 192, or a corporation incorporated under this act and governed by chapter 2A.

  • School Corporation means the Western Xxxxx County Community School Corporation of the County of Xxxxx of the State of Indiana;

  • Health care means any of the following intended for use in the diagnosis, treatment, mitigation, or prevention of a human ailment or impairment:

  • Mental health services means interventions designed to provide the maximum reduction of mental disability and restoration or maintenance of functioning consistent with the requirements for learning, development and enhanced self-sufficiency. The plan describes the characteristics and condition of infrastructure assets, the levels of service expected from them, planned actions to ensure the assets are providing the expected level of service, and financing strategies to implement the planned actions. The plan may use any appropriate format, as long as it includes the information and analysis required to be in a plan as described in Ontario’s Building Together: Guide for Asset Management Plans.

  • Nonprofit corporation means a nonstock corporation organized under ch. 181 that is a nonprofit corporation, as defined in s. 181.0103 (17).

  • Next Michigan development corporation means that term as defined in section 3 of the next Michigan development act, 2010 PA 275, MCL 125.2953.

  • Service corporation means a corporation organized under ss. 180.1903 to 180.1921.

  • Owners Corporation means the Owners’ corporation of the Lot and the Development incorporated and registered under the Building Management Ordinance (Cap.344);

  • Financial Services means any service of a financial nature, including (but not limited to) —

  • Health Service means a Local Health District constituted under section 8 of the Health Services Act 1997, a Statutory Health Corporation constituted under section 11 of that Act, and an Affiliated Health Organisation constituted under section 13 of that Act.
