PURCO Rebate. The Service Provider agrees that it will provide for a 2% (two percent) service fee which is calculated on the total value of each monthly invoice issued by the Service Provider to the University for the provision of the Deliverables and/or Services (including any additional services and or goods). The Service Provider agrees that it will send copies of its monthly invoice and statement to both Purchasing Consortium for all higher education institutions in Southern Africa (PURCO SA) and the University. Upon receipt of the Service Provider’s invoice, PURCO SA will invoice the Service Provider the 2% (two percent) service fee which is payable to PURCO SA by the Service Provider within 30 (thirty) days of PURCO SA’s invoice date.
