Purpose of Absenteeism Control Measures. This procedure is designed to curtail personal/ carer’s leave abuse by Employees who are absent from work and who are not unfit for duty or who are not required to care for a member of the Employees’ immediate household or family genuinely and is to operate notwithstanding the provisions of clause 5.2 (Personal/ Xxxxx’s Leave).
