Common use of PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT Clause in Contracts

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT. ‌ 2.1 This Contract is a membership contract for the carsharing service offered by Communauto. It does not in itself confer any right of use of Communauto’s vehicles. The Member acquires the right to use the service only by registering for one of the Membership Plans available to Communauto members and by paying the corresponding fees, if applicable.

PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT. ‌ 2.1 This Contract this contract is a membership contract for the carsharing vehicle- sharing service offered by Communauto. It it does not in itself confer any right of use of Communauto’s vehicles. The Member the member acquires the right to use the service vehicles belonging to Communauto only by registering for one of the Membership Plans plans available to Communauto members at that time and by paying the corresponding fees. 2.2 Communauto has, if applicableand shall retain, ownership of the member’s membership card, of the key to the key boxes and of any other item it puts at the member’s disposal during the term of this contract.
