Audit Trails. GRANTEE shall maintain appropriate audit trails to provide accountability for all reporting measures and requests for reimbursement. Audit trails maintained by GRANTEE will, at a minimum, identify the supporting documentation prepared by GRANTEE to permit an audit of its systems. GRANTEE’s automated systems, if any, must provide the means whereby authorized personnel have the ability to audit and verify contractually required performances and to establish individual accountability for any action that can potentially cause access to, generation of, or modification of confidential information.

Audit Trails. Contractor shall take reasonable measures, including without limitation audit trails, to protect District Data against deterioration or degradation of data quality and authenticity, and to ensure data is deidentified in accordance with this Addendum.

XXXXXXX agrees that XXXXXXX's failure to maintain adequate audit trails and corresponding documentation shall create a presumption that the services or performances were not performed.
