Common use of Pursuant to Fla Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to Fla. Admin. Code R. 67-49.004, Florida Housing may modify the terms of the RFQ at any point prior to the due date for Responses. A notice of such modification will be posted on Florida Housing’s Website and will be provided to potential Respondents who requested copies of the RFQ. Any Respondent will have at least seven days from the date of the posting of the notice of the modification to submit or modify its Response.
