Pursuant to MGL Chapter 150E. Section 12 it shall be a condition of employment that on or after the thirtieth (30th) day of employment in the bargaining unit or the effective date of this Agreement, whichever is later, each and every non-dues paying member of the bargaining unit shall pay to the Association an Agency Fee, which shall be proportionately commensurate with the costs defined by law and by the Massachusetts Labor Relations Commission's regulations contained in 456 CMR 17.00: Agency Service Fee. The Agency Fee shall be deducted from each paycheck pursuant to payroll authorization.
