Pursuant to R. C. 3319.143, a teacher who is absent due to physical disability resulting from an assault which occurs (1) in the course of employment with the Board, (2) while on the Board premises, and (3) at a Board approved/sponsored activity/event shall be maintained on full pay assault leave status during the period of such assault leave absence up to a maximum of ninety (90) working days.
