Concierge Service. A pre-travel concierge service is available enabling an Insured Person to plan ahead for travel, entertainment, dining and shopping. Advice is provided on an impartial basis.
Concierge Service. DoSpace CoWorking appreciates in how short supply time is when starting up and scaling [we’ve been there!] and so your membership includes access to a concierge service. Run by one of the community managers in your space, services include (but are not limited to); printing, photography, booking local hotels, taxis etc. The service also includes detailed knowledge - or a brief google of! - in the local area. Keeping our space clean, safe and comfortable is a community effort. DoSpace will have the whole space cleaned once a week however each member should endeavour to keep their own area/office clean. All cups, glasses, cutlery etc. most be washed or placed in the dishwasher at the end of the day. Whiteboards must be cleaned after use for other users of the meeting rooms and breakout areas. - Keep noise volume to a reasonable level (this include phone calls, we have phone booths and meeting rooms can be booked if required), quick calls or listening calls are fine but we would ask for you not to conduct loud calls in the open plan working area. - A clean out of all DoSpace fridges will occur every Friday evening at 18:00. If you have an item that you would like retained please notify it as such with a note otherwise it will be disposed of. - It is the responsibility of the billable office holder or dedicated desk user to make sure that their office or desk is clean, clear from hazards or annoyance to other space members. - We provide any parking facilities @ a charge and this should be confirmed with the community manager alternatively there is on street parking at the front door which is generally empty and a long term car park within a five minute walk of the space. - In general we strive to be paperless however we appreciate that the world still makes us print tickets and conference passes and sign documents etc… As part of our concierge service if you mail the document requiring printing it will be dropped down to your desk. This is limited to 10 pages a month for standard memberships. Additional pages can be purchased @ 20cent a page and will be added to your monthly membership. - The heating and air conditioning system is automated and will activate each morning Members are encouraged to bring a plant for their desk or area. We have a number of suggestions of plants that are good for air control and concentration, please ask your community manager.
Concierge Service. The concierge service includes the on-site presence of the site managers during office hours, who can be reached by the tenants; this is the tenants’ point of contact for problems using the premises, manages technical emergencies, organises and coordinates the tasks of the contractors, management of the contracts for periodic maintenance, receives the contracting companies for estimates or performance of work, handles minor maintenance work for the shared sections, miscellaneous repairs, upkeep, etc. The concierge is the link with the contracting companies and is in charge of ordering the work (in particular CVS climate control, sanitation, electricity, security, communication, transport, cleaning, gardening). The concierge makes regular security rounds at the site of the CTN.
Concierge Service. During the validity of the voucher, the Holders may request the AVRIL Assistance Center, information on events and recreational activities concerning the destination country.
Concierge Service. The Concierge Service is an optional service provided by CES under which CES offers additional support to You for rejected, unpaid, part-paid and overdue accounts, in exchange for You paying the Concierge Service Fees.
Concierge Service. If you elect to participate in our Concierge Service, you will receive, in addition to the services described in paragraph 2 of this agreement, the following services:
1. Unlimited answers to your questions about projects by email/telephone/Skype until you have made your investment decision.
2. Review of up to three projects you identify that are not on our Top Five list, and we will provide you with our conclusions about the strengths/weaknesses of the project, and provide you with a full due diligence project report if the project you identify is competitive with the Top Five projects we have shown ou.
3. Share with you our “inside information” from over nine years in the EB-5 industry concerning the history and performance various regional centers, as well as discuss with you problems the regional centers have had that they don’t reveal to investors.
4. Counsel you regarding compliance with “accredited investor” requirements.
5. Assist you with subscribing and wiring funds to the project. Our fee for the Concierge Service is US $2,500.00. Payment is due in full at the start of the representation. Concierge Service. Concierge Silver and Gold require a savings and checking relationship. You must maintain a specific minimum combined average daily share balance. Balances in all other share accounts such as IRAs, money market accounts, and share certificates will also apply toward the Concierge Service minimum combined average daily balance requirement.
Concierge Service. Developer shall provide residents of market rate units with a concierge service that will accept deliveries, and complete certain specified errands in sequential grouped trips. The Developer may choose to make this service available to all Project residents, commercial tenants, and employees
Concierge Service. A concierge service is available for goods or services to be delivered to the Tenant by third party providers. Unless otherwise requested by the Tenant, payments relating to these goods or services shall be made using the credit or debit card details given by the Tenant. Any external service provided by a third party shall be booked by the Landlord in the name of the Tenant. In no circumstances shall the Landlord be liable for the quality of such third-party services nor for any potential damage which could result.
Concierge Service. Employee owns the device and assumes primary responsibility for support with limited assistance from CFAES. Functionality of CFAES management software may be limited or unsupported by the device. Employee assumes personal responsibility for compliance with CFAES and university policies. Custom, hands-on IT support may be available for a fee.
