Common use of QMP Clause in Contracts

QMP. a. A draft QMP shall be provided in an electronic editable file format when the draft PWP is provided to City. Consultant shall allow City a minimum of five (5) Business Days to review, compile, and provide comments. The draft QMP can be included in the draft PWP.
