Common use of Qualification Criteria for Bid capacity Clause in Contracts

Qualification Criteria for Bid capacity. (a) The Bidder shall submit the details asked for the Bid Capacity as per the format prescribed in Section IV: Form 4L of the tender document; (b) The Bid Capacity of the Bidder must be equal to or more than the estimated cost put to this tender; (c) In case the Bid Capacity of the Bidder is less than the estimated cost of the work, his bid shall be cancelled and such Bidder shall not be considered for opening of Financial Bid even if he has been determined eligible in other criteria’s set forth in the tender document; and
