Qualification of the staff.  All the staff (Operator) should have educational qualification – Minimum 10 th standard pass, and well-mannered courteous and communicate in local language. Attested copy of certificate of each staff along with photo should be to Senior Section Engineer / Electrical / Power/ Coimbatore at the time of execution of wok.  The age of staff (Operator) shall be 21 to 55 Years. The staff (Operator) should be mild mannered, courteous and helpful to the Escalator users.  The staff (Operator) of Escalators shall be preferably be experienced/ familiar with operation of Escalators and shall be capable of operating the Escalator with ease. The staff (Operator) shall also be knowledgeable about the safety mechanism and shall be capable of reaching those immediately in case of emergency  All the staff (Operator) shall be present in UNIFORMS along with photo identity card.
