Proposals should be prepared simply and economically, providing a straightforward, concise description of capabilities. Emphasis should be placed on completeness and clarity of content. Contract Terms and Conditions - This section is to contain the firm's sample agreements for Professional Services. This section is intended to form the basis for the development of a Professional Service Agreement to be awarded as a result of the RFP. Schedule – projection of anticipated starting and ending dates. Cost Quotations - All costs must be included in this section as part of a lump sum fee.
