Qualification on termination. A pilot is entitled to be trained or reimbursed the cost of training to maintain the level required at the commencement of employment, this includes a licence/rating required at the time of termination.

Compensation on Termination (a) If this Project Agreement is terminated pursuant to Sections 34.3(a), 35.2(a)(ii), 36.1, 36.2 or 36.3, then:
