Cost of Training. The Company shall pay for all costs associated with Flight Attendant training required by the Company, including the cost of the training event, and all normal travel expenses in accordance with Section 20 of the Agreement. There will be no individual agreements of any kind between Flight Attendant applicants/trainees and the Company with respect to payment or reimbursement for training.
Cost of Training. SECTION 20.1 If the Employer requires an employee to obtain or undergo training, the Employer shal1 be responsible for payment of those costs and expenses pertaining to fees, books, related materials, tuition, lodging, meals, and mileage, which are necessarily incidental to such training.
SECTION 20.2 If an employee requests, and in the discretion of the Employer is granted, permission to obtain or undergo further and additional training, the employer shall be responsible for payment of those costs and expenses pertaining to fees, books, related materials, tuition, lodging, meals, and mileage, which are necessarily incidental to such training.
SECTION 20.3 If a meal(s) is included as part of the registration fee for the activity being attended, there will be no reimbursement for additional meal/food expenses.
SECTION 20.4 The employer's obligation to pay the costs and expenses of requested training shall be subject to the following conditions:
A. The employer shall pay one hundred percent (100%) of such costs and expenses, if the employee successfully completes suchtraining;
B. The employer shall not pay any part of such costs and expenses if the employee willfully fails to complete such additional training;
C. If the employee willfully fails to complete such additional training, the employee shall reimburse the Employer for all costs incurred and paid by the Employer in connection with such additional training.
D. The employer will only cover the cost of a class, ONCE if the employee fails the training, in spite of their good faith effort to complete/pass.
SECTION 20.5 Any reimbursement to the Employee by the Employer for eligible expenses will be made through an Automated Clearing House (ACH) payment. The City will utilize the employee bank information that is available in the payroll system for direct deposit.
Cost of Training. The cost of training is tuition, fees, books, and material as required by the related instruction training provider.
Cost of Training. If Training is deemed necessary, Contractor and Company shall agree to a price for such Training, and Contractor shall pay Company the agreed to price for training. If Training is to be done at Contractor’s facility, Company agrees to pay transportation costs to Contractor’s facility from Dallas, and return, and lodging for trainers and other support personnel in his employ necessary to facilitate Training. Contractor agrees to reimburse Company for, or otherwise pay local transportation and food costs for trainers and other necessary support personnel in the employ of the Company while they are at Contractor’s location to perform Training. If Training is to be done at a mutually agreed to site, Contractor and Company will pay their own transportation, lodging and food costs for personnel that are temporarily located at the agreed to site. If there is a cost associated with the use of a facility at the agreed to site, Contractor and Company will share expenses for facility rental, A/V and other services necessary to facilitate Training.

Cost of Training all prices are stipulated in the USD dollars and may change with the USD-CAN market value.
Cost of Training. The Developer must be financially prepared to meet support requirements for restaurant managers during all phases of training. Personal expenses for travel, food, lodging and other costs incurred during any phase of training are the responsibility of the Developer. Each Restaurant operated by the Developer shall utilize the services of at least one full time restaurant manager who has completed BKC's then current basic operations training course.
Cost of Training. The cost of training is the tuition, fees, and books and related material as charged by the Training Provider or program and certified by the institution or program. Travel Expenses Reimbursement for travel and subsistence expenses is not allowed. Room and Board Reimbursement for Room and Board expenses is not allowed.
Cost of Training. If Training is deemed necessary, Contractor and Company may agree to a price to be paid to Company for training services.
