QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE. a) All work shall be completed by or under the direct supervision of a Nebraska licensed professional civil engineer experienced with all aspects of plan preparation and the standard practices used by the State of Nebraska Department of Transportation related to the services to be provided under this agreement and carry out the drafting work in accordance with them.
