Preliminary Survey. Prior to purchasing any Structure, the Client Agency shall conduct a preliminary survey to establish the exact limits of construction, identify the type of Structure to be ordered and determine if any site preparation is required prior to installation. Any Structure ordered must be the type designated by the Client Agency. The Contractor shall submit P.E. stamped layout or drawing for Client Agency approval. The Contractor provided drawings must include a layout sketch, material list, material designations and a contact person and telephone number for questions regarding the drawings.
Preliminary Survey. Upon receipt of a complete Permit Application, the District shall conduct a Preliminary Survey of the Pole or Poles in question. The District shall use commercially reasonable efforts to complete the Preliminary Survey with thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of a complete Permit Application. Upon request, the District will conduct such Preliminary Survey together with representatives of the Licensee. In either case, the Costs incurred by the District to complete the Preliminary Survey shall be paid the by the Licensee. The Preliminary Survey shall determine:
a. Whether such Pole or Poles are suitable for the proposed Pole Attachment Project;
b. Whether any rearrangement of District Facilities or other Pole Attachments on a Pole, or other changes, are necessary to accommodate Licensee’s proposed Pole Attachment Project;
c. Whether any Pole in question requires strengthening, including the addition of Guy Wires, Anchors, and/or stubbing;
d. Whether any Pole requires replacement with a taller or higher strength class Pole; and
e. Provide a cost estimate for any pole that requires Make-ready to be approved and charged to the Licensee.
Preliminary Survey. 1. Provide topographic survey as needed for proposed improvements including location and elevation of existing surface features and locate, where possible, underground utilities from existing records.
2. The Client shall provide all available information as may be needed regarding treatment facilities, site piping and utilities and property boundaries and ownership.

Preliminary Survey. The ENGINEER shall perform the preliminary survey services for thirty-eight sites as determined by the County Engineer.
Preliminary Survey. Upon receipt of a written or electronic NJUNS application, the Inspection and Engineering Information Data Sheet, application fee and location map (if District pole site location numbers were not available), the District shall conduct a preliminary survey of the pole(s) in question and, if the Licensee requests, with representatives of the Licensee. a. Whether such poles are available for the Licensee’s Wi-Fi attachments;
b. Whether any rearrangement or other changes are necessary in the facilities of the District or of other joint users of the pole or joint use pole in question to accommodate Licensee’s proposed Wi-Fi attachments;
c. Whether any pole or joint use pole in question requires strengthening, including guying, anchoring, and/or stubbing;
d. Whether any pole or joint use pole requires replacement by a taller or higher strength class pole; and
e. Provide a cost for any pole or joint use pole that requires make-ready that will be charged to the Licensee.
Preliminary Survey. Apex will obtain the required survey needed to complete project design with the project corridor. This includes topographic field survey (including above and below ground features and utilities), boundary survey and additional survey needed to verify right of way boundaries. CADD editing of the ground survey will be completed to use for the contract plan documents. The limits of this survey will encompass ▇▇▇▇ St to 4th Ave W within the right of way. Side streets and alley ways will be surveyed 50 feet back from the right of way line. Building corners, door thresholds and parking lots will be surveyed if deemed necessary for the design of the project. Apex will survey trunk storm sewer structures (sizes and inverts) along the project corridor and to the Heart River outfall near Broadway. Apex will verify and document pipe sizes and inverts, emphasizing the pipe size reduction and configuration from Villard Street to the outfall.
