As part of the Quality Assurance Plan, the Grantee must explain the process by which individuals seeking assistance from the AIC can provide feedback about the services they received. The sampling and review process supervisors will use to periodically assess the overall quality of I&R services provided by all Resource Managers and I&R Contact Specialists, including database audits, recorded and active calls, and written transcriptions of web chat and text inquiries (if applicable).
