Quality Assurance Plan. Prior to the date hereof, Contractor shall have prepared and attached in Appendix K hereto the Quality Assurance Plan, which will be revised in accordance with any comments relating thereto received by Owner from the Utility (to the extent such comments are consistent with Prudent Utility Practices). Contractor shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Plan in order to ensure that the construction and engineering methods and standards required to be employed by Contractor hereunder are achieved.
