Common use of Quality Levels and Quality Control Procedures Clause in Contracts

Quality Levels and Quality Control Procedures. The Plans and Specifications must clearly identify and describe all necessary quality levels and quality control procedures such as inspections, tests, submittals or other measures that the Contractor must satisfy, meet or perform. Each specification section must include the requirements for the tests, controls, performances and certifications needed to verify the specified quality level of that section. Each work-related specification section must also dedicate a subsection to identify and list required Contractor submittals along with testing and inspection requirements. Provide District with a separate listing of tests, inspections and reports required under the construction plans and specifications prepared by Consultant, and responsibility therefore, to occur in connection with the Project.
