Common use of Quality Management Clause in Contracts

Quality Management. The Supplier is obligated to constantly monitor the quality of his performances. Prior to the respective delivery of the delivery items, the Supplier shall ensure that the delivery items intended or delivery are free from defects and comply with the contractually agreed technical requirements and inform us of this fact in writing. Additional requirements of a relevant Quality Assurance Agreement remain unaffected.
