Common use of Quality Manuals and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Quality Manuals and Procedures. (a) If any Quality Plan refers to, relies on or incorporates any quality manual or procedure, then such quality manual or procedure or the relevant parts of it shall be submitted to HMQ at the time that the relevant Quality Plan, or part thereof or change thereto, is submitted in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure, and the contents of such quality manual or procedure shall be taken into account in the consideration of the relevant Quality Plan, or part thereof or change thereto, in accordance with Schedule 10 - Review Procedure.
