Quantity and Quality of Stored Water. Licensee acknowledges that the quantity of water available to it for release from the Licensed Storage Space at any time under this Agreement is dependent on Licensee’s ability to place water into storage and only the amount of Licensee’s Water stored annually minus assessed losses is subject to release from the Licensed Storage Space by CS-U. Licensee also acknowledges that Xxxxxxxxxx Reservoir is part of CS-U’s integrated water system and that water stored therein is derived from, and comingled with, water from multiple in-basin and transbasin sources and that the quality of the water released from the Licensed Storage Space by CS-U on behalf of Licensee will be the same as any other water stored in or released from Xxxxxxxxxx Reservoir.
