QUANTUM OF WORK. BCPL does not commit itself to any particular quantum of work allotted to the transporter and the same is likely to vary from time to time. The quantities mentioned in Schedule of Rate (SOR) are based on approximation and are subject to change depending upon requirement. BCPL will not be responsible for any variations in the actual quantities transported during the period of contract against these indicated quantities and no compensation whatsoever will be payable to the transporter/contractors.
QUANTUM OF WORK. No claim for compensation from the Vendor will be entertained due to any variation in quantities of the various items of work or deletion of any item(s) of work.

QUANTUM OF WORK. 3.6.1 Butchers shall be required to process 8.75 bodies of beef per day at an average weight of 232kg per body. Butchers on a RDO system will be required to process 9.25 bodies of beef per day at an average weight of 232kg per body.
3.6.2 This production shall be deemed an ordinary days work in accordance with this Agreement subject to: Work shall be scheduled on the following basis:-

ii) Quantum / Period of job will be as per Format-I and Format II. However it can have ± 20 % variation as per actual requirement. Whereas Contractor will not be entitled to enhance rates due to increase / decrease in quantum / period of job.
iii) NFL can include or exclude any item of hardware during the tenure of AMC as per requirement on the same rates and terms & conditions.
