Common use of Quarantine and Isolation Clause in Contracts

At any time, the University may request or require a Student to leave their assigned space in University housing or to leave University housing entirely when the University determines, in its sole discretion, that the Student’s continued presence in the housing community poses a health or safety risk for community members.
