Quarterly Check-Ins. Section 1. Supervisory managers shall conduct check-ins with their employees on a quarterly basis. If a quarterly check-in does not occur, the employee may request a check-in for the missed time period. Supervisory managers shall conduct the requested check-in within thirty (30) calendar days.
