QUARTERLY ISSUES MEETING. ‌ The Parties will meet on a quarterly basis to review the Complaint Resolution Process for efficiency, effectiveness, and to identify trends. The Agencies will have one (1) representative from each of the three (3) program areas on the Committee and the Union shall have an equal number of members. If issues arise from these quarterly reviews, equal numbers of representatives from DHS/OHA and SEIU may meet to resolve those issues.
