Questions to be Addressed before Signing Each resident is responsible for seeking out clarification of any information that the Resident does not understand in the Agreement and Residence Handbook before the Resident signs the Agreement. Questions may be directed to the Student Housing & Residence Life. The Resident acknowledges and agrees that the Resident has had the opportunity to seek, and was not prevented or discouraged from seeking, any independent legal advice which the Resident considered necessary before the execution and delivery of this Agreement and that, if the Resident did not avail themselves of that opportunity before signing this Agreement, the Resident did so voluntarily without any undue pressure.
