The Resident a. Does not meet the residency requirements established by the state b. Presents an imminent physical threat or danger to self or others; c. Requires more than intermittent skilled nursing care or the skilled nursing care provided by the FACILITY. To be considered intermittent, the skilled care may be rendered for not more than eight hours a day or 40 hours per week. Intermittent nursing services may not be delivered for more than a total of 120 days in any twelve-month period regardless of any transfer or discharge from the FACILITY; d. Fails to pay fees and charges when due, or breaches any representation, covenant, agreement, or obligation of the Resident under this Agreement; e. Fails to accept additional services when it is in the best interest of the Resident to have these services provided to him/her; f. Has health care needs that cannot be met in the FACILITY, for reasons such as licensure, design or staffing, as determined by the FACILITY; g. Fails to comply with the FACILITY Guidelines; h. Is habitually disruptive, creates unsafe conditions, or is physically or verbally abusive to other residents or staff; or

The Resident. 1. For the purposes of this Convention, the term “resident of a Contracting State” means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, and place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature.
The Resident. (a) is enrolled as a student at the University of Calgary for the Spring and/or Summer Session of this Agreement; OR (b) was a full time student during the Winter session immediately preceding the period of this Agreement at the University of Calgary; OR (c) will be a full time student during the Fall session immediately following the period of this Agreement at the University of Calgary OR (d) A “Non-UCalgary Resident” must be approved by the University of Calgary Residence Services, who can show proof of affiliation with the University of Calgary with one of the following: I. Post Doctorate

Requires more than intermittent nursing care; d. Require monitoring of a chronic medical condition that is not essentially stabilized through available medications and treatments; e. Is bedridden for more than 14 days; f. Has stage three or four skin ulcers; g. Requires a ventilator; h. Has an unstable tracheostomy or a stable tracheostomy of less than six months duration; i. Has an unstable peg tube; j. Requires an IV or central line; k. Wanders such that the Community is unable to provide adequate supervision and/or security arrangements; l. Exhibits socially inappropriate behavior as determined by the Community such that the facility would be unable to manage the behavior after documented, reasonable efforts such as clinical assessments and counseling for a period of not more than 60 days; m. Requires skilled monitoring, testing, and aggressive adjustment of medications and treatments where there is the pressure of, or reasonable potential of, an acute episode unless there is an RN to provide appropriate care; n. Requires treatment for a disease or condition which requires more than contact isolation; o. Exhibit behaviors that present a threat to the health or safety of themselves or others, such that the assisted living facility would be unable to eliminate the threat either through immediate discharge or use of immediate appropriate treatment modalities with measurable documented progress within 45 days; p. Fails to pay fees and charges when due, or breaches any representation, covenant, agreement, or obligation of the Resident under this Residency Agreement; q. Fails to accept additional services when it is in the best interest of the Resident to have these services provided to him/her; r. Has health care needs that cannot be met in the Community, for reasons such as licensure, design or staffing, as determined by the Community; s. Fails to comply with the Community Guidelines; t. Is habitually disruptive, creates unsafe conditions, or is physically or verbally abusive to other residents or staff.

The Resident. The resident shall be recognized as a University student whom has an active Greek Housing Contract on file and occupies the assigned space (“Unit”) as determined by Housing and Residential Education. The Resident must be an active member of the organization and a degree-seeking student at the University of South Florida. The Resident must comply with all (a) University policies, regulations, and procedures; (b) federal, state, and local law; (c) be in good standing with University; and (d) be in “active” status of the organizations.
The Resident. All residents who withdraw, graduate, take a leave, terminate full-time employment, or are otherwise separate from WCMC must vacate WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS of the effective date of such action, unless granted an extension in writing by the Housing Office. Failure to vacate an apartment by a stated deadline may result in additional fines and assessments. Any resident leaving WCMC housing during the Housing License Agreement period without a written release from the Housing Office will continue to be liable for all housing fees.

The Resident shall use the Suite for his or her personal use and not to allow any other person to occupy or use the Suite, except that (but subject to paragraphs 1.1 and 1.2 below) up to three separate visitors are permitted to stay with the Resident in the Suite for up to 7 nights each in any Month without additional Weekly Residence Fee. Any longer or additional stays or additional visitors beyond those are permitted subject to the Provider’s prior written consent and the Provider shall have the right to charge for such additional visitors or longer stays. Any stay permits any such visitor access to the Suite and the Common Areas only and does not give any right to Residence Services (for example, meals, laundry service and activities), which will be charged by the Provider, and must be paid for, separately at the rates that can be obtained from the Home. In addition to the restrictions above in this paragraph 1:‌

The Resident. Staff/Club and family member recognizes and acknowledges that by participating in activities in any of the fitness areas, the Resident’s family member is engaging in an activity that is inherently dangerous and involves the risk of serious injury, including permanent disability or death either from the Resident/Staff family member’s own actions, inactions, or negligence, or from the intentional or unintentional actions or inactions or negligence of others using the fitness facilities and equipment.
